Student Life and Support

- Library Academic Support

Guidance is provided to new students so that they can learn how to use the library, and the basics on looking for materials.

- IT-Related Academic Support

An IT practice room is available on both the Kyoto Campus and Takatsuki Campus, and is open to students outside of class hours.

- Career Support

CDA (career development advisor)-certified staff members are available on each campus. There are also computers dedicated to job-hunting, job-hunting related books, materials on various job-hunting information websites, and more, so that students are able to discover materials on companies, as well as information online.

- Health Center

The Health Center is always open for health consultations. Nurses and public health nurses are always available so that students can consult them whenever necessary.

- Mentor System

The university has implemented a mentor system in which homeroom teachers provide academic guidance and student counseling across all aspects of student life. The system is designed to offer in-depth support to students, with mentors providing individual guidance through interviews and other means for students with frequent absences.

Student Life

- Housing Agency Introduction

We introduce students to an agency that can broker apartments within easy commuting distance to the campus.

- Student Association

All students become a part of the Student Association upon enrollment. The association is planned and operated primarily by student representatives, and works actively to host overnight orientations, new student welcome parties, university-wide joint athletic festivals, Halloween parties, university festivals, Christmas parties, and more.
